What Is A Vegan?



A vegan is someone who chooses to eat a plant-based diet, which means that they do not eat any food which contains animal products. Animal products include meat, poultry, chicken, eggs, dairy products and some oils. Vegans do not eat anything with palm oil as it causes destruction to the natural habitats of orang-utans and other animals.
